Processing & Crafting Time
At Suds & Flicker, each product is poured, cut, and finished by hand in small batches.
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During peak seasons or collection launches, processing times may be slightly extended to preserve the quality and integrity of each item.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order departs our studio.

Warm Weather Advisory
Our wax melts and body products are sensitive to heat.
During warmer months, slight softening or melting may occur in transit. This does not impact performance or scent quality.

Damaged Deliveries
